This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which Packs Depot (“we,” “our,” or “us”) accepts returns and issues refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Custom printed packaging
- Custom logo orders
- Bulk or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened or used products
Because many of our products are customized for your business, all custom orders are considered final sale unless defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Please email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Description of the issue
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after review.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@packsdepot.com. Once approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or preference changes on packaging products.
