This Shipping Policy explains how Packs Depot (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
Stock Products: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom Orders: Production times vary depending on quantity and design approval. Typical production time is 7–21 business days after final artwork approval.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers depending on order size.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Freight Shipping: Varies by destination
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Customs or regulatory issues
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Packs Depot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and products. We will review and determine appropriate action.
8. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
